Who We Are Looking For

We self-perform framing, drywall, insulation, painting, flooring, roofing, and finish carpentry. Everything else on a job — concrete, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low voltage, glazing, landscape, and specialty scopes — we build with trade partners we trust.

If you run a licensed, insured crew in Maricopa County and you show up when you say you will, we want your number in our phone.

  • Current ROC license and certificate of insurance
  • Crews who work safely and clean up after themselves
  • Realistic schedules and bids that hold
  • Willingness to work across residential, commercial, and multifamily scopes

Before You Mobilize

Maricopa County Dust Control

Any site disturbing 0.10 acre (4,356 sq ft) or more needs a Maricopa County dust control permit, and subcontractors working a dust-generating site generally need their own Subcontractor Registration. Both are handled through the county’s online portal — the county no longer accepts mailed, emailed, or hand-delivered applications.
