The heat decides the schedule
Phoenix summers run 110 to 115°F, and surfaces in direct sun get past 160°F. That is above the working range of most of the materials a house is built from. Concrete placed over 90°F sets too fast. Paint applied over 85°F dries before it levels. Adhesives stop bonding, and that shows up two years later rather than at handover.
Planning around it is the difference between a finish that lasts and one that gets redone. Exterior work belongs in the October to April window. Interior work runs year round.
