What the heat does to a renovation
Arizona summers run 110 to 115°F, and that sits above the working range of most of the materials in your house. Paint applied above 85°F dries before it levels. Framing lumber left in the sun warps before it is installed. Adhesives stop bonding properly in triple digits, and that failure shows up two years later, not on handover day.
The practical answer is sequencing. Interior work runs year round and summer is often a good time to book it. Roofing, stucco repair and exterior paint belong in the October to April window, when the finish will actually perform.
