We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of construction project management experience
- Familiarity with Arizona building codes and permitting processes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in project management software
Location: East Valley, AZ (job sites)
Type: Full-time
We need a skilled Lead Carpenter to manage framing, finish carpentry, and trim work on residential and commercial projects. You will lead a small crew and ensure work meets our quality standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of carpentry experience (residential and/or commercial)
- Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
- Experience leading a crew of 2 to 4 workers
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Location: East Valley, AZ (job sites)
Type: Full-time
Join our field crew as a Construction Laborer. This is a hands-on role supporting carpenters, electricians, and plumbers on active job sites. Great opportunity to learn the trade and grow into a skilled position.
Requirements:
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in Arizona heat
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
Location: Gilbert, AZ (office + site visits)

We are seeking an Estimator to prepare accurate project bids, manage takeoffs, and support the pre-construction process for residential and commercial projects.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of construction estimating experience
- Proficiency in estimating and takeoff software
- Understanding of material costs, labor rates, and subcontractor pricing in AZ
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
