Andrew Riad, founder of MIRAI Constructions

Founded by Andrew Riad

MIRAI Constructions was founded by Andrew Riad with a clear mission: to bring honest pricing and careful work to Arizona homeowners and businesses. With over 6 years of hands-on experience spanning multiple states, Andrew has built a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver on time and on budget.


The name “MIRAI” means “future” in Japanese, which is how we think about every project we take on. From residential remodels and custom homes to commercial build-outs and multifamily developments, we bring the same level of care, craftsmanship, and professionalism to every job, big or small.


Based in Gilbert, AZ, MIRAI Constructions is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor (ROC #353530) proudly serving the East Valley and the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.

Before MIRAI, Andrew Riad spent years running work across five states. The range matters more than the total: an 80,000 square foot high school teaches you things a run of custom homes does not, and 1,500 single-family homes teach you things one school never will.

Alongside those: schools, churches, strip malls, restaurants, subdivision development, apartment complexes, condos and townhomes. Different code books, different climates, different inspectors. It is where the habit of building to pass the first time comes from.

MIRAI means “future” in Japanese. The company is newer than the experience behind it.

Because we self-perform framing, drywall, insulation, painting, flooring, roofing and finish carpentry, the crew on your project is largely ours. That changes what we can promise. A schedule only means something if the people who have to hit it work for the company making the commitment.

Alongside the trades, every project runs with a superintendent on site, an estimator who priced the work by CSI division, and a site engineer coordinating inspections and field questions. You get one point of contact rather than being passed between a salesperson, a manager and a foreman who each know a different part of the story.
